As founder & President, Ian Gruber started his career in web development as a website administrator for a large manufacturing company.  As the chief administrator and developer of a large commercial web site, he faced the same challenges most companies face:

1. The high learning curve of creating a professional web site in addition to your regular work load

1. Keeping up with site updates to accurately display continually changing products and services

Convinced there was a better solution, Ian decided to source outside help from web designers.  After months of research and interviewing potential designers, he discovered that, although there are hundreds of good web designers, there are only a few great web developers.
